{"id":1924,"date":"2010-07-19T18:03:34","date_gmt":"2010-07-19T18:03:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/osmeusapontamentos.com\/?p=1924"},"modified":"2010-07-19T18:03:34","modified_gmt":"2010-07-19T18:03:34","slug":"cultura-organizacional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/osmeusapontamentos.com\/index.php\/2010\/07\/19\/cultura-organizacional\/","title":{"rendered":"Cultura Organizacional"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dois artigos interessantes com que me cruzei nos \u00faltimos tempos foram o &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/artlifework.wordpress.com\/2010\/05\/18\/do-companies-have-lizard-brains\/\">Do companies have lizard brains?<\/a> &#8221; da <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/anadatagirl\">AnaDataGirl<\/a> e o &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/balancedscorecard.blogspot.com\/2010\/07\/dedicado-aos-politicos-que-nos.html\">Dedicado aos pol\u00edticos que nos (des)governam e aos outros que os querem substituir<\/a>&#8221; do <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/ccz1\">CCZ<\/a>.<br \/>\nFalam, se bem que de perspectivas ligeiramente diferentes, sobre o mesmo tema da cultura da empresa, como os seus actores (lideres e colaboradores) por vezes ficam presos a &#8220;pre-conceitos&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>A AnaDataGirl refere mais a quest\u00e3o do medo e como o cerebro colectivo da empresa, focando-se no medo de errar, se torna num alimentador positivo da tendencia individual (pelo menos a portuguesa) de ter medo falhar e assim acentuar a op\u00e7\u00e3o por caminhos conhecidos em vez de explorar novas ideias.<br \/>\nJ\u00e1 o CCZ foca mais a quest\u00e3o da mudan\u00e7a e como a cristaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00e1ticas e conhecimentos prejudica a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o de organiza\u00e7\u00f5es que est\u00e3o, por defini\u00e7\u00e3o, inseridas num meio em constante mudan\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Industry conventions and &#8220;accepted best practices&#8221; assume a life of their own. Dogmas go unquestioned, and seldom do managers ask how we got this particular view of organization, strategy, competition, or our industry.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;And this matter would be a mere trivia if it wasn\u2019t for the fact that this collective lizard brain is in fact preventing companies from being agile and risk-prone enough to make it in this new (and pretty fast changing) era.
